Jason is a movie buff, car junkie, and, most-importantly, has always had a love for pranking people. He co-writes and directs Paul Telner comedy projects and leads the post-production team.
Having been heavily influenced by the films of Spielberg, Lucas, and James Cameron at a young age, his creative style often reflects an attitude of "go big or go home." He savors traditional storytelling but enjoys embracing new formats and ideas.
In his graduating year, Jason won the 'Editor of the Year' award. His first major comedy project was co-writing and directing Campus Cram, which won "Best Comedy Short" and "People's Choice" awards at the Laugh is Hope Comedy & Film Festival in Long Beach, California.
Productions that followed included Apauled, which aired on Comcast's American cable television network, G4 TV; The Paul Telner Show pilot for CBC TV; and The Paul Telner Project for Much Music. In the New Year Jason will be directing comedy segments starring Paul for Much Music's Much On Demand.
You can catch Jason on YouTube, Myspace, and Twitter. As well, he posts regularly in the PaulTelner.com blog, and in the message forums.
